Swag On 12 offers custom shoes that are 100% authentic, brand new, and included in the final price. We also provide free shipping on all custom orders.

Our turnaround time for custom shoes is approximately 30–45 business days. For brand new and pre-owned shoes, processing typically takes 2–3 business days.

If an issue arises with your custom shoes within 12 months such as paint cracking or a logo detaching, Swag On 12 will repair the item free of charge (while we haven't experienced paint cracking or logo detaching, we have a policy in place to ensure your peace of mind and reassurance).
Normal wear and tear, such as scuffing or dirt accumulation is not covered under our warranty policy.
